Terms and conditions

THANK YOU for choosing LOFT & ROOMERS (L&R) for your home furnishing merchandise. Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions of your purchase.


All prices are in Euro and include 21% VAT, applicable within the borders of Spain. The price stated at the time of order is valid order price.


LOFT & ROOMERS will deliver and assemble free of charge for purchases over 500€ within 100km drive of either the Mijas or Marbella store. For purchases under 500€ there will be a 50€ delivery charge.

If customers request LOFT & ROOMERS to remove their old furniture, a 20€ fee will be charged for each item or set of furniture removed.

Please understand that the delivery team cannot deliver unless an adult, who is older than 18 years old, is present.

Upon delivery, the buyer or person authorized by the buyer must carefully examine each piece of furniture and note any issues prior to the delivery team leaving.

Our delivery team will ask the buyer--or person authorized by the buyer--to sign a confirmation that the items delivered by LOFT & ROOMERS are in full working condition with no defects.


We have a no cancellation policy.  A consumer has 14 days right of cancellation from date of payment for purchases done through phone, email, or website. A condition of using the right of cancellation is that items must be returned in original, unused condition and packaging, as it must be possible to sell the product as new thereafter.

There is no money return policy: the money will be refunded in the form of store credit under the client´s account and it will be valid for 1 year.

Where items are damaged or defective, LOFT & ROOMERS has the right not to accept the return.

Where applicable, delivery fees will not be refunded and a pick-up fee of 50€ will be charged.


Clearance and all "As Is" merchandise is purchased on an "As Is" and "With All Faults" basis, so the consumer assumes that there is no guarantee for the defective part of which is known. Please inspect thoroughly before purchasing.

The entire risk as to quality and performance of the merchandise is with the buyer. Should the merchandise prove defective following purchase, the buyer--and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer--assumers the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs.

Items may not be exchanged, returned, or receive a price adjustment and is not covered by any warranties for existing or future damage.


All Special-Order sales are final - no returns or exchanges. By "Special Orders" means all items customized for the buyer.

Please review your order before purchase. We quote  estimated time of arrival as accurately as possible. However, due to uncontrollable circumstances, some orders may be delayed beyond our quote time.


The installation of lamps--requested upon purchase--and only for lamps bought at L&R, will have the following costs: 25€ per lamp / 15€ per spot (material included). These prices are including VAT. This service has no guarantee and is valid only for furniture packs, show flat and special agreements.


The following payment methods are accepted by LOFT & ROOMERS:
  • Visa
  • Diners Club  
  • MasterCard
  • Cash on delivery (2.500€ maximum limit)
  • Cash
  • Bank transfer
  • Check (only Spanish checks)
  • As previously agreed (business only)
At least 50% of any sale must be paid on purchase. The remaining amount must be paid and cleared two days before scheduled delivery date, except for:

1. Checks that require 5 working days before delivery.
2. Special orders that must be fully paid on order date.
3. Payments in cash on delivery.

The items sold shall remain property of LOFT & ROOMERS until full payment has been made.

The payment method 'AS PREVIOUSLY AGREED' can only be used by business and public institutions and only when they have reached a prior agreement of payment and security with LOFT & ROOMERS.


LOFT & ROOMERS can store your items for up to four months without charge. When storage is required over 4 months, it will be free of charge between 4 to 6 months only when purchase is fully paid; if it not fully paid a charge of 50€ will be applied monthly.

After 6 months, storage fee will be in all cases 50€ per month.


A 2-year warranty is given on products bought at LOFT & ROOMERS.

If the product has a manufacturer defect while under warranty, it will be repaired free of charge at our own or the manufacture´s repair shop.

Repairs or new spare parts have 6 months guarantee.

Any damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or blatant misuse by the user is not covered under the warranty.

Floor models and "As Is" products that have an esthetic defect will not be covered by any guarantee for that known defective part.


The same conditions of sale apply for owners of businesses as for the consumer but with the following modifications:
  • Business owners are without the right to cancel.
  • A warranty of 1 year applies from the date of delivery. Exchanges or repairs do not imply the start of a new 1 year warranty period

LOFT & ROOMERS reserves the right of ownership for goods bought on credit until the sum of purchase is paid in full.


According to the new Sale of Goods Act, the consumer has two months in which to react on locating a flaw or defect in a product. Hence, complaints submitted within two months are viewed to be within a reasonable amount of time and thus in accordance with the law.
